SNLF When You Need The Very Best

A mid to late war elite Japanese Imperial SNLF (Special Naval Landing Force) squad advances against the enemies of the Empire.

Armed with Type 98 fragmentation Grenades, Type 99 Arisaka 7.7mm bolt action rifles, two Type 100 Shiki Kokaan-Taniu 8mm SMG's (sub machineguns) and a Type 98 6.5mm (LMG) Light Machinegun, the squad is ready for any combat necessity.  

The SNLF considered themselves the elite of the Imperial armed forces, which lead to friction with some army and air units that also felt they were elite units. Regardless, they were dangerous opponents, that Allied troops learned to never underestimate.
