Beware the Minotaur

Minotaur-Half Man Half Bull

One of the most ferocious creatures of Greek mythology, the Minotaur half man half bull. To punish King Minos for a broken promise, Poseidon cast a spell on Minos' wife Pasiphae resulting in the birth of the Minotaur
The Minotaur, man eating beast that lived in the labyrinth below the palace of King Minos in Crete.
To fulfill a curse of the gods, brave Greek Hoplite Warrior, Hiktos Nuluk, faces off with the Minotaur. He won't be the one that kills him, that honor will fall to the Athenian hero Theseus.
This is a large plastic piece from Monolith - Mythic Battles that I painted for Tom.  Brave Hiktos Nuluk is a 25mm metal piece from Ral Partha that I painted in the 1970's.
