A sight no enemy will ever see, the Sacred Banner retiring from the battlefield. For Trooper Glr'Fllws  will never turn his back to any foe.

In Universe Wide War-Chaplains Carry the Emperors "Voice"

"In the Name of the Emperor-I Bring His Enemies DEATH" screams Dark Angels Chaplain Mskd D"th as he leads his troops into combat.

Shrouded in religious fever and protected by the Emperors Blessings, Chaplain Mskd D"th is a near unstoppable killing machine.

We're Elite Veterans -We don't need Shiny Armor!

This carack squad of Dark Angels Terminators was fought on thousands of worlds for the glory of the Emperor.

Though bitter cold to burning heat, like here on In'frnss Trmnss, they have conquered the foes of the Terran Empire. Their battles have left their marks on both body and armor.

So, their armor is worn, dented and patched almost beyond recognition from that shiny new equipment they were issued as new replacements' countless decades past. Yet they would never think of replacing any of their armor, for each hole, dents and repair is a mark of their devotion, experience and victory in never ceasing battles. For one does not discard an old reliable friend, for something shiny and new.

Does Size Really Matter?

                                     In the Future of 40K, there is only WAR! 

Terminators, the greatest warriors in the Empire of Terra, must change with the times. Especially with the concept of size. Here we have three Dark Angels terminators. From right to left, the smallest is from the late 20th century. In the middle is one from the early 21st century and to the far left is a current model.

Size creep is very, very obvious, as well as price cost.

All are Games Workshop are plastic and clearly show how my painting styles have changed.

Follow the Captain for Battle Glory

 

Captain Lst-Drknss, the officer who has never known defeat.

                                               

His armor is old, battered and repaired countless times, yet Captain Lst-Drknss will never replace his old friend. 

For while he has never known defeat, even the greatest of warriors has their "lucky" piece and for Captain Lst-Drknss that is his beloved Dark Angels Terminator armor.

Crushing Foes is Fun-Especially if Your a Dreadnaught

Dark Angels Dreadnaught "Dth'Stkrr" is one of the oldest and most venerated of the Dreadnaughts in his chapter.

Though countless centuries, "Dth'Stkrr" has fought and destroyed the enemies of the Divine Emperor.

First as a Dark Angels Space Marine, then as a member of the elite Raven Wings and finally (when his body was virtually destroyed) as the ultimate warrior/machine-a Dreadnaught!

While is dual cannons are excellent at destroying his enemies at a distance...

nothing gives "Dth'Stkrr" more pleasure than to crush the very life out of his foes with the brute power of his dreadnaught! Such as the lifeless tyrranid he just dispatched at his feet.

His many decorations for his exceptional service he wears not as a matter of pride, but rather as a challenge to those who oppose the Emperors will and seek a worthy opponent. You would be surprised at how many vain warriors have accepted the challenge and closed into personal combat with "Dth'Stkrr." All the better for him to be able to CRUSH THEM.

Weary Warrior of the Stars

For countless battles over endless "years" the "Captain" has fought the enemies of his Emperor. Untold numbers of Xenos have fallen to his weapons on thousands of planets as he protects the Human Empire from these bloodthirst horrors.

His armor is dented, his cloak rent and marred with his blood and that of his foes and his weapons are worn but his fighting spirit is undiminished.

For he knows only war, never peace, as the Emperors enemies are countless and relentless. So long has he fought he has even forgotten his name and now only responds to his title Captain when addressed by others. Even the roll keepers and officers of the Dark Angels know him by no other name.

 As rest is not an option, the Captain relies upon his faith in the Emperor, duty to his comrades and trust in his skills to continue the endless task of war! Mayhaps the peace of death, which has so eluded him, will someday allow him rest...but today is not that day!

Every Chapter Needs a Supreme Grand Master

Azrael, Supreme Grand Master of the Dark Angles!

His title pretty much says it all, as Supreme Grand Master of one of the most powerful chapters of the Imperial Space Marines, Azrael is one of the greatest leaders in the Imperium of Man.

By his command the Dark Angels march into the Holy Wars to cleanse the Galaxy of  of those forces that threaten the security of the Imperios domains.

When the Battle is Brutal Hand-to-Hand, Send in the "Battle Claws"

Terminator leader B'tll D'thh and his handpicked squad of battle brothers, is the first choice of his commander when the fighting is up close and brutal.

Armed with their power-driven battle claws, few galactic horrors can stand for more than a few moments before their armor and flesh is shredded into so much unrecognizable pulp. 

Their battle tested, and scared armor is mute testimony to the brutal fighting they have been through for the glory of the Emperor.

Brothers With Force-Hammers

Dark Angels Terminator brothers Cl'vvs and Btt'hd are experts at destroying their enemies by crushing them with the force of their "Force-Hammers."

Nothing is as satisfying to them as the sound made by the cracking of a foes armor and the splintering of their bones.

As they are always at war with the enemies of the Emperor, there is no shortage of foes to smash, crush and mangle with the joyous accompanying sounds of their splintering armor and bodies.
