The Knights of Hochland

On the march, a troop of the heavy cavalry of the Duchy of Hochland.
Heavily armored with the latest design, expertly trained and confident of victory...

With the battle looming, the troopers ford the last stream between them and the foes who must be crushed in the Dukes Name.
Formed up for the charge that will bring victory...defeat is not an option.
The metal pieces are from Game Workshops Warmaster line, the on the figure right  is a standard 28mm scale plastic piece.  The Warmaster were painted around the turn of the century the 28mm in the 1990's.

Doing magic does not require large size

Giffon Biiritiis war wizard know the truth of magic-power comes to wizards of skill-size doesn't matter.

Casting spells in battle requires calm, strong control and massive concentration.

Griffon is a metal piece smaller than a quarter made for Games Workshops Warmaster line.  I painted him around the turn of the century.

Dwarf Horde on the March

A Dwarf Warmaster force marches to battle with artillery support.

A standard Games Workshop Dwarf gives a clear idea of the size difference.
Warmaster figures are among the smallest miniatures that I have painted. These are metal pieces I painted in the early 2000's.
