For the Emperor!

A section of fanatic Japanese soldiers advances in the name of  Emperor Hirohito (Showa) and for the greater glory of the Japanese Empire.

The two riflemen, standard bearer, supported by a type 96 6.5mm light machine gunner, will willingly give their lives for the emperor (as did over 2,100,000 of their comrades).

           These are plastic pieces from Warlord Games that I painted in 2018.
