When Lizardmen Go to War-the Leaders

The Great Mage Rulers of the Lizardmen, Zrr Glddnn Mstrr and Zrr Crmsn Mgg ready their MagiK and Mystic Powers as they prepare to war against those who intrude into their forbidden jungle land.

 

From his elevated platform, Zrr Glddnn Mstrr oversees his junior mages casting of a spawning spell that will call for countless hordes of lizardmen from the nearby the spawning pools. Soon an unstoppable army will be on the march to eradicate those fools who have angered the Lizardmen Lords.

 

Zrr Glddnn Mstrr and Zrr Crmsn Mgg are metal Salan pieces from Games Workshop that I painted in the late 1990's for my Warhammer Lizardman Army.

When Lizardmen go to War-"Grunts"

 

Slow to anger, but relentless when aroused, Lizardmen are deadly enemies. Here are some of the basic "Grunt: warriors of the Lizardman kingdoms.

Led by elite sword and shield warrior, this battle group is ready to destroy their people's enemies.

The razor-sharp obsidian blades, the Macuahuitl sword can easily slice and arm or leg to the bone.

The rear ranks are armed with metal halberds that can cleave enemies frof head to toe with a single massive swing.

These are all metal pieces from Archive that I painted for D&D and fantasy battles back in the 1970's.

A Smith By Any Other Name

Bgrmd Smssrrn, blacksmith to Queen Pmkn Zzbl, can match his skill to any blacksmith animal or human.

While he prefers to make tools, he is an expert at creating armor for the varied creatures that inhabit Terre de Betes.

Blood Bowl Lizardmen-Pain in Scales

Blood Bowl, the name says it all, where the most brutal teams have the victory edge.

Under the leadership of its massive team captain Commander Grrr Bnsmshrr, the team is well placed to crush its opponents.

                           The cold-blooded fearlessness of the team is an added bonus.

                                     and specialists from shamans to a reanimated boss...

give this Blood Bowl team the p[ower and stamina needed to win the extra violent Blood Bowl games.

Angry Boneheads

These angry "Bonehead" lizardmen are in no mood to fool around with any human intruders.

 These lizardmen are plastic figures that I painted in May 2020, for Richard's new Blood Bowl Army. I unfortunately do not know the manufacturer.

Got Ya-GRRR

Commander Grrr Bnsmshrr leader of the crack lizardman Blood Bowl International team is more than ready to give a crushing lizard hug to any opponent foolish enough to face him.

Skilled with ages of experience as demonstrated by his massive bulk and boney back scales (Lizardmen, like their reptile ancestors, continue to grow as long as they live), Commander Grrr Bnsmshrr is very good at breaking up his opponents line.

"Got Ya -GRRR" is his most feared battle cry!

Lizardman Captain Hss Hass Siss

Captain Hss Hass Siss has the majesty his rank demands, the strength his rank requires and the fearlessness that is the nature of all lizardmen .

Puny humans, slimy orks, and tasty elves all tremble before the physical power of Captain Hss Hass Siss, at least that's what he believes.

Magic user lizardman style -the Shauman... 

This friendly fellow seems to be of the monk persuasion.

While this guy is more necromancer material with a distinct "zombie look.

And what's up with the headpiece of hot burning candles?

Double the shaman's double the trouble to their opponents.

Serpent Warrior

Khiss Hissn Serpent Warrior of Clan DthRttlis as deadly with a sword as is his venomous bite.

This Serpent Warrior is an old Grenadier metal piece from the early1980's.

The Salamander Warrior...Yes a Salamander Warrior

Although they are not known for their fighting prowess, Slainne Wetboddy is proud to uphold his Salamander clans status on the fighting fields as a sell battle-axe.

Slainne is a 25mm metal piece designed by Grenadier in the 1980's.

Any D&D party realizes the many dangers cold blooded reptiles bring to the field. Here are three deadly reptiles ready to pounce on the unaware.

The Primeval Warrior, Powerful, Fearless and Inhuman. This one is called HssKllKll

leader of the Master Clan of the Guard.

A creature of a time unknown, Past, Future or even Present.  Which is it...those who have met this warrior have never lived long enough to tell.
