Petra Terrae is famous in Gnome circles as both a top-notch alchemist and a Gnome of the people.
Non-Gnomes are of course expected to pay a higher premium for his more powerful concoctions. Unless he is a member of their adventure party, in which case he sells them at cost.
He is always ready to help out fellow Gnomes with their potion needs at cut-rate prices.
Being a Gnome Alchemist with many powerful and secret potions, has made Petra very careful with his formulas. Note only does he write them in code, they are also written in invisible ink, take that would be thieves.
