Chaplain-Bringing Comfort to the Battlefield

Somewhere in the North Africa, US Army Chaplain Father Nearly, reads prayers for those in risk on the field of war. Be they Catholic, Protestant, Jewish or other denominations, the Military Chaplain tries to bring comfort to those under his care in need.
Chaplains  often risk their lives on the front line as bullets, bombs and other explosives make no distinction about the religion or noncombatant status of  these men of God.
This plastic piece from Warlord Games, is a conversion I made in 2020.

I made him in part to honor my late aunts older brother who was a Catholic Chaplain with the US Army at the Battle of the Bulge, where he lost seven of his ten toes, part of his soles and part of his heals to frostbite.  For the rest of his life he was allowed by his bishops to lead religious services wearing  tennis shoes as regular leather shoes were to painful for him. May Monsignor Daniel Keenan Rest in Peace for all the comfort he brought to those dead and dying in  that horrible Winter of1944.
