Warlords Guard - Pre-War China

 

During the early 20th century much of China was under the control of Warlords. This is one of the platoons of a Warlord personal guard. 

They are armed with the latest weapons, German style uniforms & equipment. Even their training is European in technique by German World War One veteran mercenaries.

These are kit bashed plastic pieces that I painted in 2018.

Dire Wolf-Master of the Pack

With his blood lust, massive size, brute strength and killer instincts, the Dire Wolf "Mortem Ferens" (the Death Dealer) is the undisputed leader of the Wolf Pack. As his latest victim this bloody Skaven Gutter Runner can attest.

Killing is both a pleasure and need for Mortem Ferens, who is never sated no matter how many he kills.

Mortem Ferens is a metal piece, his four wolves are plastic. I painted all of them in the early 2000's.

Landraiders, When You Need to Crush Heretics

Space Marine Landraiders are armed to the teeth, heavily armored tanks used to crush the Emperors enemies in the endless wars of the 40,000 century.

A squadron of these charging mechanical beasts is often the last sight seen by Heretics, hostile aliens and foolish humans who deny the Emperors Will.

These are small (they can fit on an American penny) Epic plastic pieces painted in the 1980's.

Wolf Pack Death on the Prowl

Few sounds cause as much primeval fear in humans as the howling emanating from a pack of wolves hunting.

Organized and skilled in the ways of taking down the largest prey, this wolf pack knows that human farms and ranches have excellent hunting prospects.

Soon the prey will come to heel, and the pack will feast and then rest. until the next hunt is called/

When the World Ends the Fenris Wolf Will Be There

As if a nightmare come to life-the Fenris Wolf comes out of the shadows to bring death and doom to the World!

1st figure painted, Mental Organism Designed Only for Killing-M.O.D.O.K.

October was a busy month, remodeling the patio for Orchid's 98th birthday celebration, so I only able to paint 22 figures this month. The pieces painted were Crisis Protocol- M.O.D.O.K., Game Terrain-290mm Light House, Blood Bowl-16-piece Viking Team Fantasy-15mm Mummy, Monolith High Priest, Fenris Wolf & Fenris Wolf Standard.
