Chasseurs a Pied 1914
Here we have a patrol of French Chasseurs on the march at a breakwater some where in Northern France in the early days of the Great War. Chasseurs a Pied were the light infantry of the French Army. Their job was to screen the line troops and disrupt the advance of the German forces. This is another batch of the Renegade figures from our trip to England in early April.
