For King and Country-CHARGE

When the battle is in the balance and a fast, hard-hitting force is need, call on the Royal Horse Guards- the Blues.
The Blues were one of the three elite of the Household Calvary Regiments.
Classified as "Heavy Cavalry,'" the Household regiments were used as a breakthrough force.
Formed in 1650, the "Blues" served as a line regiment in a variety of conflicts throughout 17th an18th centuries and the Napoleonic Wars. In 1813, the Prince Regent George IV upgraded the Blues as the third Regiment of the Household Cavalry.
The Blues are 28mm plastic pieces I painted in July.
