Played my first game of Crisis Protocol with Richard yesterday (July 2). Above-the field of combat "Any street, any town USA." Four hammer weapons and four power vials are the victory objects.
The set up, we each have five characters from the game set, I'm cabal, Richard has the heroes. Doc Oc., Baron Zero, Crossbones, Ultron and Red Skull, vs Black Widow, Spider-man, Captain America, Captain Marvel and Iron man.
Cabal set up, Top to bottom, Doc Oc. Ultron, Red Skull, Crossbones and Baron Zero. Doc Oct. is all alone, with hindsight, not a good idea.
The heroes have two characters to face Doc Oc, Spider-man and Black Widow. In the center is Captain Marvel, while Ironman and Captain America team up at yhe bottom
Run and grab those hammers and power sources guys. Early turns are fairly close in vp's. Doc Oc attacks his hated enemy, Spider-man before Black Widow can help her partner. The next turn will really hurt the Doc.

damage everywhere...and it's about to get worse.
The building to the top left is about to be dropped on me by Ironman-look out Baron, oops too late...
The heroes have been damaged but the Cabal has come off worse.
Most of my people are wounded or dazed as is Captain Marvel who has been pounded by three of my characters including Ultron, by I failed to KO her. Doc Oc is in serious trouble as Spider-man and Black Widow smash him up
Captain Marvel finally gets KO'd, but it's too little too late as to the North Spiderman and Black Widow, neutralize Doc Oc and grab enough victory points to win the game.
This was a fun and fast learning game, while my defense dice throwing was bad, I did fairly well in attack dice. Taking out Captain Marvel was fun even though it had little effect on the outcome as having Doc Oc alone pretty much lost me the game. I really like this game a strongly recommend you give it a try
