While searching through some old boxes I found this Archive Dragon from the 1970's, that Michell is holding. The dragon is a massive piece that I had to solder together, then started to primer in white which is how he sat for the next thirty plus years.
Considering he was made in the late '70's he still has a lot of fine detail, especially on the wings (they alone were in four pieces).
The head, body, tail and legs were in seven more pieces.
He was such a pain to put together I still remember the cramped and burn fingers ( I did say a used solder).
He weighs in at over two pounds of metal and is a nominal 25mm scale.
