Every Battle Needs A Goal Three- Weapons
Weapons, the tools of the warrior class, what better target of a battle then a nice stack of deadly weapons.
Since this is mostly for the "Steampunk" World of Warmachine, the weapons run the full gambit of exotic pull arm to semi-auto firearms.
Behind this wire entanglement (complete with a roll of extra wire) we find a box of ammo, a spear, regular and steam powered swords, several combat knives, a pair of slug pistols and a semi-auto rifle.
I scratch built this and two others(see past posts)for Richard's Warmachine campaign battles.

Every Battle Needs a Goal Two-Treasure
Nothing heartens the warriors soul so much as a full treasure chest! So what better battlefield goal is there than three treasure chests full of gold and gems.
These chests are plastic pieces from one of my old sets from Games Workshop's Warhammer/Mordheim line. Tomorrow the last of the three battlefield goal markers for Richard's Warmachine Army Campaign.

Every Battle Needs a Goal
When you need a object to combat over, a marker is needed. Here we have a battle goal flag and selection of "souvenirs" to fight over.
In addition to the main flag, and horse skull troop standard, there is a smaller flag attached to a trumpet on the ground. There are also a pair of shields and an officers cloak just waiting to be grabbed as spoils of war.
I scratch built this and two others(see future posts) for Richard's Warmachine campaign battles.

Lonely Porter...or Not
"Where did everyone go?" thinks Kima Bawabu, a porter who has lost his safari. All alone he thinks, but...
Hungry eyes have sighted a potential meal, as mamba slowly moves into attack position.
Will Kima notice his danger in time and find his missing friends or will mamba have an early supper?
Kima is a 28mm metal piece from Foundry (I missed him when I painted the rest of the "Ivory-Treasure to Fund My Good Works") and mamba (actually an American alligator that is evidently lost in Africa) is a plastic piece from Safari Limited.

Defender of the Mughal Empire
With his sword ready to defend the dieing Mughal Empire, the noble born Alikar tries to hold off the end a little longer.
The once great empire is dear to his heart and the sacrifices he makes are worth the personal loss for the empires gain.
Alikar is a 25mm metal piece from the 1970's Minifig Indian Mutiny line of figures. I painted him several decades ago.

There can only be one Chieftain!
Unnoticed by his intended victim, Berifix sneaks behind Chieftain Visganvix, one swift blow and the village will have a new Chief.
"A few more steps and the smarter man will lead,is that not the best way to chose a ruler," thinks Berifix as he prepares to strike.
But Visganvix did not become Chieftain by lack of skill and luck, some sixth warrior sense has warned him in time to defend his life and his power.
Now it will be skill, strength and the favor of the War God that decides who will rule their Belgi village!
Both warriors are 28mm plastic pieces from Warlord Games.
