Racing into the heat of battle, Dark Angels Chaplin D'rk-Blfs brings death and destruction to the enemies of the Empire.

With the zeal of a true zealot, Chaplin D'rk-Blfs has no fear of the horrors of battling aliens nor deamons.

For his faith is unshakable in the God Emperor and therefore the "might of right" gives him no doubt that the enemies of mankind are doomed!

It may take countless centuries of endless conflict, or longer,,,no matter as war is the life of a Dark Angels Space Marine.

When the current battle is won, the next is ready to begin...

I Hunt Monsters By Night and Day

 

Be by the light of the Moon...

or the brights light of the Sun, Elsa Bloodstone is always hunting "Evil Monsters."

Following in the footsteps of generations of Bloodstone's, Elsa is a natural hunter of evil, for yes not all those called "monster" by humans are in fact evil.

Hit her skills and special enhanced weapons design to defeat "supernatural creatures," Elsa is uniquely suited for her chosen profession.

So sleep well tonight, for Elsa is hunting the evil you may never know was even a threat to you and yours.

Knights-Battle Tested and Ready for More

Dark Angels Knights Terminator Squad 4th Z'd is one of the most decorated and battle-hardened units in the entire chapter.

From Ig'ns the heavy weapon trooper...

to squad commander M'xms,...

4th Z'd  is a deadly  well-coordinated "killing machine."

Their countless combats have honed their teamwork abilities...

to such an extent that they fight more like the fingers on one hand...

than a squad of six individual warriors.

Pieces Painted in May '25

1st piece finished in May was this Dark Angels Chaplin in Terminator armor.

May was 40K Space Marine month as I really got into the swing of painting Richards Dark Angels Chapter Marines. All told I painted 52 pieces in May.

Decorations-6 Sunflowers, Crisis Protocol-1 Black-Suit, Symbiote Spiderman, 40k Warhammer-45 1 each Minion Standard Bearer, Liberian & Lieutenant, 2 each Chaplin's Terminator Heavy Weapons Troopers & Terminator Captains, 10 each Space Marines & Terminators, and 16 Raven Wing Bikers. 

Last piece finished in May was this Dark Angels Lieutenant in regular Space Marine armor.

Raven Wings are GO

When the call goes out to scout the enemy and hit them hard and fast, the Raven Wings are the tip of the Dark Angels spear.

Work In Progress-Dark Angels Grand Master

                                      

Primed in coal black with the first drybrush of antique gold, a Dark Angels captain, standard bearer and Grand Master Azrael. 

                                                 

                                                 Minions have their first coat of dark red,

First layer of dark green.

Minions are nearly finished additional layers of gold and washes of green have been painted on Azrael

Metallic Green and Gold

Almost there. Azreal is a plastic piece.

My Mommy Told Me to Never Mess with Mummies

In the hot desert by the cool waters of the Nile, our brave and cursed hoplite, Hitkos Nuluk, happens upon another cursed soul-the mummy Imhotep. As Imhotep is and Egyptian, the Greek curse on Hiktos appears to be void in this meeting.

So, for once our warrior may freely turn his back on what was sure to be an exhausting battle in the burning Egyptian sun.  Time for a cool bath in the Nile thinks the tired Greek. He does know about Nile Crocodile's, right?

Hiktos is a 25mm metal piece I painted in the 1970's, Imhotep is a plastic piece from Atomic Mass Games that I painted earlier this year.

Dark Angels Space Marine Squad 3rd Z'd

In the Dark Angels all squads are rated by their veteran experiences.

Those with the least experience are rated 5th A'lph to 1st A'lph. As they gain experience the ranks increase though 5th B't to 5th Z'd (A'lph, B't, G'mm, D'lt, P'sln, Z'd, T'ht, K'pp, R'h, S'gm, P'h, C'h, P's, & O'mg)

So, it goes without saying thar Squad 3rd Z'd are very battle tested of the line squads of the Dark Angels.

These are plastic pieces I painted in May.

When "Ents" Go To WAR

while normally a gentle giant Drrylmbs is one of the fiercest of Ents when roused to war.

Armed with the "Iron Oak Heart Wood" of his spear-club of his youth, 

he is able to crush all who oppose him.

Call him of Lord of the Forest, Treeman or Ent, the title is meaningless for he is Drrylmbs shepherd of the forest, cross his path with evil in your heart for his charges at your peril.

This battle "Ent" is a large plastic piece I painted in March.
