"The Peasants are Revolting-Again"

The cry goes out, "down with the lords!" Yes, it is another of the endless revolts by the peasants when they lords become too overbearing. They usually fail, after causing destruction and death to both guilty and innocent. But occasionally they succeed, at least for a time, until a new ruling class takes over.

Spurn My Wife Will You

Due to a misunderstanding about a recent event (see World Historyprof: Why Fight-Just Pass In Peace) Nojord is angry at our brave and cursed hoplite Hiktos Nuluk.

Not wanting to fight his new friend's husband, Nuluk turns away to leave. Njord is in no mood for this and sets to pounding the hoplite into a pulp.

These Men-at-Arms Have Wings

  Halotor and Gregor are Men-at Arms for the great warrior Dominus Ferrum Masculinum Rex, "Titus,"

As such, Dominus Ferrum Masculinum Rex, "Titus," has granted them their "Junior Wings."

If they protect his standard with bravery and honor, they may become full knights and be rewarded with "Wings of Flight," like their master.

As loyal servants and warriors of Dominus Ferrum Masculinum Rex, "Titus," Gregor and Halotor know that he always has their back in a fight.

Every Evil Lord Needs Minions

I am the Lord Grimgut and these are my minions the Retchlings.

I create them in my "Caldron of Remains."

Here is one forming now.

Soon I and my minions will search for more humans to provide the remains for yet more Retchlings.

And then we will hunt for more.

Until my minions form an army to conquer ever more feeding, a I mean hunting, grounds.

In the twilight of evening two powerful warriors stumble upon each other.

What was that?

Oh, it is you that pesky Greek warrior I have heard so much about! It is your lucky day warrior, for I Skadi do not follow the orders of Odin, so we need not fight...unless you wish to. With a whisper of thanks, Hiktos enjoys a brief respite from his constant battles with powerful creatures. Time to rest before the next challenge.

I Will Be The Next Cerberus Primus

Cerberus Secundus, first born of Cerberus Primus is more than willing to wait his turn to replace his Sire.

For now, at least.

And he will never allow his younger brother Cerberus Tertius to supplant him in either his fathers of Hades eyes.

I Am the Master HERE

No one challenges the power of Dominus Ferrum Masculinum Rex "Titus" and lives to tell the tale.

For Dominus Ferrum Masculinum Rex "Titus" rules his land with a fist of Golden-Iron, crushing any who oppose his will with ruthless brutality.

His platinum and gilded wings are a reminder to all that challenge his that Dominus Ferrum Masculinum Rex "Titus" is the chosen of Heaven and that his enemies will quickly be sent to their maker.

Of Course, Cerberus had Offspring

This is Cerberus Tertius, ready to spell his sires guard duties at the Gates of the Underworld.

Cerberus Tertius and his littermate Cerberus Secundus take turns...

learning the duties of their famous father.

As they mature, they will take more responsibilities in the Realm of Hades. Till then they will watch and learn and become ever fiercer.

This is a House Sitter No One Wants

While looking for a house for the night, our brave Hoplite Hiktos Nuluk has come upon a deadly house pest.

It is none other than the fearsome Grendel, raider of long houses, killer of humans and eater of man-flesh. Cursed Hiktos must face yet another horrible combat before he can have a night's rest.
