All Kneel Before the Might of the Sun God

Helios, in all his glory demands obeyance from those less powerful and weaker than him.

As God of the Sun, who rides his Sun chariot from dawn to dusk, Helios is critical to the survival of the Greek World.

As one of the more powerful of the gods, he is generous to his friends and followers, and just as vengeful to those who cross him.

The child of the titans Hyperion and Theia, Helios is seen as both a titian and god.

His most famous offspring is the sorcerous Circe,

As Greek Gods go, Helios is better than most to his followers, but he can still lose his temper and bring the wrath of the gods on to those who anger him.

Helios is a 90mm (3.5 in) plastic piece that I finished earlier this month.

Indian Commowealth Soldiers Fought on All Fronts

Be their enemies Italian, German or Japanese, Indian Punjab Commonwealth soldiers fought them all.

On all fronts, North Africa, Europe and the Pacific, the forces of India fought for the King-Emperor and the Allies is in both World Wars.

These are plastic pieces from Warlords Bolt Action range that I painted in 2022.

With Her Powers, Psylocke Kills with a Thought

Psylocke seems anxious to jump into battle.

 She is almost ready for action, just needs a little touch up.

And her she is, Psylocke master of telekinetic and telepathic powers.

Psylocke (AKA Betsy Braddock) was brainwashed and turned into a deadly assassin by the evil Hand.

While she is adept with many physical weapons such as the Katana...

she is exceptionally good at killing with her deadly "Psychic Blade" that she specializes in dispatching her enemies by driving its pure psychic power into their minds.

With her massive powers, she is a foe to be feared.

Psylocke is a plastic piece from Atomic Mass Games that I painted this month.

Jamal-King of Assassins

With his men ready to back him up, Jamal Terius Rex Sicariorium (King of Assassins) stands ready to deliver the fatal blow to his next victim.

To say the mighty is born killer is an understatement as both his father, Jamal Secunda and grandfather Jamal Primus were assassins. 

As the head of the Jamal Assassins, Jamal Terius is feared by his foes and honored by those who seek his assistance.

As a professional killer Jamal Terius has no peers and fears no one.  This allows him the unique ability to choose his victims by a complex mindset that forms his own moral compass as who deserve death and those who have a right to fulfill their own destiny.

In Combat First Use the Bow then the Sword

Torii Suneemon is an expert with both the Yumi (bow) and Katana (Longsword), weapons that define the Samurai warrior.

As an expert archer, Torii Suneemon uses a variety of Yajiri (arrowheads) for different targets. For general combat the Togari-ya (simple point) is used, the deadly Karimata (split blade) or bowel ripper is best for unarmored enemies, while the unique scream of the Kabura-ya could be used to both signal allies and cause fear among enemies. Once he closes with the enemy Torii kills by using his fantastic Katana, the finest sword ever crafted.

Assassins Hide in the Shadows

The Jamal Kabal Assassins know that shades of grey and black are the best ways to hide in the shadows.

For the killing strike is so much easier when it comes unbeknownst from the shadows.

After a fatal strike, it's once again time to disappear into the shadows until the next kill is paid for.

Cross Crossbones and Die

Using a long-range lens, Daily Bungle photographer Iram Qukshot to this pic of the Deadly Dangerous villain Crossbones as he was smashing his way into a pub known to be frequented by Super Heros.

 

Crossbones is a mortal enemy of Captain America in particular and all Super Heros in general,

Crossbones number one employer has been the dreaded Red Skull who greatly appreciated the vast physical skills and total lack of morals of this super villain.

These Snaping Turtles will take Your Leg Off (if you're lucky)

Two Monstrum Disrumpam os Testudines (Monster Sanp-mouth Turtles) have surprised a barbarian warrior. Human weapons and brains vs two hungry Testudines. Who will win?

To very full Testudines head back to their nest.

That poor barbarian had the bad luck to run across a mating couple who needed a quick energy fix so to speak.

Well, such is the rule of the wild, eat or be eaten.

Time to "rest," until the next hunting trip.

I painted these two plastic pieces this week, they will soon make an appearance in my next jungles/swamp Pulp adventure.

Emma Frost Can Blow Your Mind-Literally

In his latest pic of powerful Mutants, Daily Bungle photographer Iram Qukshot submitted this shot of Emma Frost Telepathy Master. Unfortunately, Iram can't seem to remember when, where or why he took this photo.

Emma Frost was once one of the Hellfire Clubs most powerful warriors.

Eventually she changed sides and joined the Hellfire Clubs mortal enemies the X-Men.

Also known as the "White Queen, Emma has additional powers that make her even more formable,,,

for when the need arises, she can become Emma Frost Diamond! (see:  World Historyprof: Emma Frost is Diamond)

Emma Frost is Diamond

Radiating immense energy is Emma Frost, aka "the White Queen," a mutant with powerful telepathy powers.

Yet that power seems mundane compared to her ability to transform her body into living diamond that makes her invulnerable to most attacks.

She was originally an important member of the of the Anti X-men Hellfire Club.

Now Emma has seen the light and is a valued member of the X-men
