Major Rene de Montaigne commander of the 1st Battalion New Belgium Legion, is a career professional with a life of service to the King.

He is also an expert hunter and is never without his favorite high powered Mauser rifle.

Rene is a 25mm metal piece from the excellent GDW Space 1889 range made in the late 1980's.
