"Spyked Dth"

From the archives of the Circle of Orboros come the "Brotherhood of the Wolves" warriors. These are all metal pieces I painted between 2010 and 2012.

Real War is Messy

This begrimed, worn and battle-weary Samurai can never give up, only keep striking til death or victory is achieved.
 

Unlike the stylized art that prevails in Nippon this Samurai know that war is dirty, bloody and leaves one looking nothing like a beautiful warrior hero.

This Samurai has an additional secret, for behind the battle mask he is actually a she -Tomoe Cho a distant relative to the famous 12th century female Samurai hero Tomoe Gozen. Gozen now knows that while war is thrilling it is not a beautiful painting. 

Tomoe Cho is a plastic piece that I painted last week.

Trespassers will face Deadly Consequences

Terry Leafmiland takes no chances with trespassers in the Dystopian Future, one warning shot-then full auto is her response to intruders.
 

As both a rancher and former combat veteran, Terry is an expert shot.

Protecting her family, land and cattle is second nature to Terry.

While she hopes the crazy World will someday return to a more stable one, Terry will never let up on her defending her own.

I painted Terry earlier this month, she is a plastic piece from Warlords survivors line.

Hawkeye Never Misses

Hawkeye (AKA Clint Barton), with enough self-confidence to float a battleship, will match his bow skills against even the most modern of firearms.

As a member of S.H.I.E.L.D. Hawkeye has been involved in some of the most desperate battle to protect Earth.

Always opinionated, he is never shy about voicing what is wrong with any plan.

Hawkeye is a plastic piece I painted earlier this month for Richard's Crisis Protocol's forces.
 

Old Style Great War French Toy Soldier

He we have a French Infantry Line Officer at the start of the Great War.

I decided to paint him like a worn and well used toy soldier from the era of the Great War. 

I have a small collection of 1920's metal toy soldiers that I modeled the look for this 1970s Minifig casting.

 

Make Me Mad and I'll Play Misty for You!

You really don't want to piss off Betty Lou Woo (Tiny to her friends) for she will quickly let you say hello to her "Little Friend Misty."

Those that upset Betty will feel the full effect of her Heckler & Koch MG4 A3 light machinegun.

As her H&K MG4 A3 can let fly a storm (up to 890 rpm) of 5.56 mm ammo at over 920 m/s (3000+fps) and she is a crack shot, any targets under fire are in for a world of hurt.

Betty is the latest in my Dystopian World survivor women I have painted thia year.
 

January Painting Projects

 

Working on a squad of Winter Russians from World War Two. 4 riflemen, 1 automatic rifle, medic and wounded soldier, radioman, 2-man LMG section, 3 SMGs and a commander. 

These are a mix of plastic and metal pieces.
